    Recipe Introduction


    This is a real treat! Can be used as a breakfast food or dessert. Great if you are watching the carbs or on a low-carb diet.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Serving
    • 1 egg
    • 1 oz cream cheese (not low fat)
    • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavoring


    Instructions


    1. Beat egg and add vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    2. Pour mixture in a shallow dish and microwave until egg mixture is almost done.
    3. Place cream cheese in center and microwave a few more minutes until cream cheese is soft.
    4. For a breakfast dish, serve with 2 slices of crisp cooked (no carb) bacon.
