List of Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 bell pepper
- 4 fresh green onions
- 3 celery stalks
- 2 packets splenda
- 3 T mayonaise of choice
- 1/3 cup diced dill pickles
Instructions
- Grate or chop cabbage until the whole head is done. (I like to use my hand grater.)
- Chop the bell pepper, fresh green onions, celery and pickles and add to cabbage.
- Mix thoroughly
- Add splenda, mayonaise, and dill pickles plus dill juice and toss together until they are well blended.
- Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Place in frig and let set until flavors are mixed well.
Final Comments
This is healthy, tasty and delicious with any meal.
