    These potatoes are fat free; enjoy them hot or cold

    List of Ingredients




    8 small red bliss potatoes
    1/2 c chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp fat free creamy parmesan dressing
    1/2 c fat free sour cream

    Recipe



    Cook potatoes in boiling, lightly salted water til tender.
    Drain. Add dressing, sour cream and most of the parsley. Mix gently til coated. Turn into serving dish. Sprinkle with remaining parsley. Serves 4......3 points per serving
