List of Ingredients
14 oz Sweetened condensed milk(NOT evaporated milk)
2 c (1 pint) whipping cream, whipped

Easy Homemade Ice Cream (Basic recipe)
In large bowl, fold whipped cream into milk. Pour into an aluminum foil-lined 9x5 inch loaf pan; cover. Freeze 6 hours or until firm, stir or beat with hand mixer every 2 hours. Scoop ice cream from pan or remove from pan, peel off foil and slice. Return leftovers to freezer.
Flavored variations:
Coconut Almond: To condensed milk add 2 Tbsp water, 2 egg yolks, 4 tsp vanilla extract. Combine first 3 ingredients. Fold in whipped cream with 1/2 cup toasted flaked coconut and 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds. Proceed as above.
Coffee: To condensed milk add 1 Tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 2 Tbsp water, 2 beaten egg
yolks, 4 tsp vanilla extract. Fold in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
French Vanilla: To condensed milk add 2 Tbsp water, 2 beaten egg yolks, 4 tsp vanilla extract. Fold in whipped cream.
Proceed as above.
Mint Chocolate Chip: To condensed milk add 2 tsp mint extract, 3-4 drops green food coloring, 2 Tbsp water. Combine first 4 ingredients. Fold in whipped cream and 1/2 cup chocolate chips(the mini kind). Proceed as above.
Mocha: To condensed milk add 2/3 cup chocolate syrup, 1 Tbsp instant coffee dissolved in 1 tsp hot water. Combine first 3 ingredients. Fold in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
Strawberry: Thaw 10 oz package frozen strawberries in syrup. Do not drain. With blender, blend strawberries until smooth. In large bowl, combine strawberries and condensed milk. Fold in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
Butter Pecan: In small saucepan, melt 2 Tbsp butter, stir in 1/4 cup chopped pecans. In large bowl, combine condensed milk, 2 beaten egg yolks, 1 tsp maple flavoring. Add buttered pecans. Fold in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
Chocolate:To condensed milk add 2/3 cup chocolate syrup. Fold in whipped cream. Proceed as above.
