    1 pint chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt
    1/2 cup low fat (1%) milk
    1/2 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries
    2 Tbsp raspberry syrup

    Purree the frozen yogurt, milk, berries, and syrup in a blender.
    WW - 2 pts (15 min)
