    Combine & rub over 4 chicken breasts (bone in, skinless):
    1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp black pepper

    Place on baking sheet, sprayed with non-stick spray. Put in 500F oven for 15 min.

    Combine in small pot:
    1 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

    Cook over low heat until butter melts. Remove breasts from oven, brush with maple glaze and return to oven for 5 min. Repeat.
    5 points per serving!
