    List of Ingredients

    8 oz fat free soft cream cheese
    1/2 c grated parmesan reduced fat topping
    1 c 1% milk
    1/2 to 1 c water
    1 tsp garlic


    Over low heat combine cream cheese and milk, stirring so cream cheese doesn't stick to pan. As cream cheese begins to melt add in 1/2 c water (keep 1/2 c for later) and garlic. After cream cheese is melted wisk in parmesan cheese until smooth (if mixture is to thick add the other 1/2 c water, a little at a time, if needed). .................................
