    Cheese Boregs
    1. Open package of fillo dough and cut in half so you have 40 sheets. Cover with damp cloth to keep from drying
    2. Mix together...
    1 lb Monterey Jack cheese ,grated
    1 egg
    1/2 bunch parsley , leaves only, chopped fine

    Recipe



    3. Brush a sheet of dough with melted butter. Fold into thirds. Put in the cheese mixture on one end; fold into tricorn tucking last piece inside
    4. Dab boregs with melted butter. Place onto cookie sheets and into 350 degree oven
    5. Bake 15-20 minutes til flaky and golden brown
