    Artichoke Crab Dip

    2 1/2 C grated Parmesan Cheese (10 oz)
    1 C Mayonnaise
    1 can (7 oz) crabmeat, drained
    1 C (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    1/4 t hot-pepper sauce
    chopped parsley for garnish...opt

    Recipe



    1. Heat oven to 350

    2. In bowl, combine cheese, mayonnaise, crabmeat, artichokes and pepper sauce. Spoon into shallow 4-cup baking dish (9" tart pan or 9" pie plate works well).

    3. Bake in 350 degree oven until bubbly, 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve warm with crackers.
