    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lb ground beef
    • 1 can (large) crushed tomatoes
    • 1 8 oz. can tomato sauce, seasoned
    • 1 envelope spagetti sauce, italian flavored
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 8 oz. mozzarella cheese, shredded
    • 1 cup cottage cheese, cream style
    • 1/2 c parmesan cheese, grated
    • 1 egg
    • fresh parsley, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Brown meat slowly and spoon off excess fat.

    2. Add next four ingredients.

    3. Cover and simmer to taste.

    4. Cook noodles in boiling, salted water until tender, drain and rinse in cold water.

    5. Combine cottage cheese, egg, parsley and mozzarella cheese together.

    6. Place 1/2 of the noodles in an 11x7 or 11x9 inch bakiing dish.

    7. Add 1/3 of the cooked sauce.

    8. Top with 1/2 of the cheese mixture.

    9. Repeat with 1/2 of the noodles, 1/3 of the sauce and 1/2 of the cheese.

    10. Top is off with the parmesan cheese.

    11. Bake 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes.

    12. Cut it into squares.
