    Seafood Alfredo Lasagna

    List of Ingredients

    15 ounces ricotta cheese
    8 ounce cottage cheese
    1 egg
    Dry dill weed, to taste
    Shrimp spice, to taste (I skipped)
    Garlic powder, to taste
    8-16 lasagna noodles
    1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
    2 (6 ounce) cans crabmeat, drained (I used the imitation)
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 jar alfredo sauce (I used parmesan flavored)
    8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 pound Swiss cheese, grated
    1/2 pound Cheddar cheese, grated ( or cheeses of your choice..I used Italian blend)
    Parmesan Cheese for topping


    Recipe


    Mix together ricotta, cottage cheese, egg, dill, garlic powder and shrimp spice. Refrigerate.
    Boil noodles until barely tender. Drain.
    Drain crab and mix with shrimp and with diced onions and sliced mushrooms.
    In a bowl, combine the cheeses.
    Spoon a little of the Alfredo sauce into 9x13 inch baking pan to cover bottom.
    Cover with a layer of noodles 4-6.
    Add half of the ricotta mixture
    Add half of the seafood mixture
    Add half of the cheese mixture
    Add half of thejar of Alfredo sauce.
    Repeat layers, ending with the rest of the jar of Alfredo sauce. Sprinkle with enough Parmesan for browning, about 2 tablespoons
    Bake, uncovered at 375 degrees about 30 minutes.
    Let stand 25 minutes before cutting
    ps.......I made mine a day ahead and cut it into serving
