5 Minute Brussel Sprouts

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb brussel sprouts
- 3 Tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 medium garlic cloves, pressed
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Fill the bottom of a steamer with 2 inches of water.
- Bring water to low boil.
- Cut brussel sprouts into quarters.
- Press garlic.
- Steam brussel sprouts for 5 minutes.
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Place hot sprouts in bowl and top with dressing and toss.
- You can add garlic in the final 2 minutes of steaming to mellow garlic flavor.
