Recipe Introduction


This cocoa puts the finishing touches on our Samhain celebration. Mama says it tastes like the cocoa her Grandma and Great-Grandma, YaYa made.





List of Ingredients



• 1/4 C. cocoa
  
• 1/2 C. sugar
  
• 4 C. milk
  
• 1/2 T. cinnamon
  
• 1/3 C. hot water
  
• 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Combine cocoa, sugar, cinnamon and hot water in saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 2 minutes with a wire whisk.
   
2. Add milk, stir and heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
