    List of Ingredients


    • 1 c cornmeal
    • 1 c flour
    • 1/4 c sugar
    • 4 t baking powder
    • 1/2 t salt
    • 1/2 c cooking oil
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 c chopped onion
    • 1 c grated cheese
    • 1 c creamed style corn
    • 3/4 c milk
    • 1 hot pepper, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients and bake in large pan for 30 minutes. Spray pan with cooking spray before pouring in mix.
    2. If you add 1/2 again of each item, you can use the whole can of corn.
