    Country Apple Coffee Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 c chopped apple
    • 1 T marg
    • 10 oz can Refrigerated biscuits
    • 1 egg
    • 1/3 c packed brown sugar
    • 1/4 t cinnamon
    • 1/2 c light corn syrup


    Instructions


    1. Placed 1 cup of chopped apple on bottom of greased pie pan.
    2. Cut biscuits into quarters and place on top of apples, pointed side up. Top with remaing apples.
    3. Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over biscuits.
    4. Bake for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. Drizzle with confectionery sugar icing.
