    List of Ingredients


    • 3 and 1/2 cups of flour
    • 2 Tablespoons of Yeast
    • 1/2 tsp of salt
    • 2 Tablespoon of Honey
    • 1 cup of warm water
    • 1/4 cup of olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Using a dough blade, put water, honey and salt in food processor and pulse for 10 seconds
    2. next add yeast and process another 10 seconds
    3. Add 1 cup of your flour and process until blended
    4. Add olive oil and process until blended
    5. Add remaining flour and process until becomes dough ball in food processer. If to dry add 1tsp of water at a time until dough losens and revolves around the container. If to moist add a little more flour
    6. Need for about 5 minutes and place into a grease bowl and cover with towel.
    7. let rise approximately 45 minutes and punch dough down. Cover and let rise another hour to hour and half
