2 cups cooked yellow squash
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 cup shredded cheese
2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
3/4 stick margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup evaporated milk
Recipe
Cook, drain & mash squash. Add remaining ingredients except cheese & mix well. Pour into a greased baking dish. Top with grated cheese about 15 minutes before finished baking. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
