1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 (11 ounce) can yellow scorn, drained
1 cup diced celery
1 small bunch cilantro leaves, chopped (Use 2 bunches if you like cilantro)
1 red bell pepper, small diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 small onion, small diced
1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimento peppers
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and deveined, minced
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 limes, juiced
1 (24 Fl oz) bottle Italian dressing

Combine the black beans, black-eyed peas, corn, celery, cilantro, red bell pepper, tomato, onion, pimento peppers, jalapeno pepper, and garlic in a large bowl.
Pour lime juice and Italian dressing over bean mixture and stir until dressing is evenly distributed. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Serve with tortilla chips
