    3 C Light Brown Sugar, packed, divided
    2 C softened Butter, divided
    4 Eggs, divided
    3 teaspoon Vanilla, divided
    2 ½ C Flour, divided
    ¼ teaspoon Salt
    1 C Creamy Peanut Butter
    4 1 oz. squares Unsweetened Chocolate
    ½ Gallon Vanilla Ice Cream
    Chocolate Sauce
    Salted Peanuts

    Recipe



    Combine 1 C sugar, 1 C butter, 1 egg yolk, and 1 t. vanilla.
    Stir in 2 C flour and salt.
    Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Bake in 350° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Cool while preparing chocolate layer.

    Combine 1 C butter, peanut butter, and chocolate in saucepan.
    Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until chocolate melts and blends with butter and peanut butter. Cool.
    Beat together 3 eggs, 1 egg white, 2 C brown sugar, ½ C flour and 2 t. vanilla until smooth.
    Stir in chocolate mixture, mixing well.
    Pour over pastry crust, spreading evenly.
    Bake at 350° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool, cut into twelve 3-inch squares.
    Top chocolate squares with ice cream, chocolate sauce, and peanuts.

    Makes 12 servings.
