    List of Ingredients




    1 Tablespoon Olive oil
    1½ Cup Onion, minced
    1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
    1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
    To Taste Red Pepper Flakes
    1 can 28 oz. Whole Peeled Tomatoes
    1 Tablespoon Basil, chopped
    1 lb Cooked Pasta
    8 oz Boneless Chicken Breast, sliced

    Recipe



    Place Whole Peeled Tomatoes in a large bowl. With clean hands, grasp and crush tomatoes. Set aside.
    In a large sauté pan over medium heat, add olive oil.
    Add chicken, brown.
    Next, add onion. Sauté until translucent, then add garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
    Add Tomatoes and juice. Heat to 165°.
    Add basil and cooked pasta just before serving, mix and serve.
