List of Ingredients
1 15 oz can S & W white beans, drained & rinsed
1 15.25 oz can S & W Kidney beans drained & rinsed
1 15 oz can S & W Black Beans (low sodium) drained & rinsed
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 Lb kielbasa sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 C Carrots, thinly sliced
2 small onions thinly sliced
½ C beef broth
2 Tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
2 cloves, garlic, finely chopped
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375
Mix all ingredients in ungreased 3 qt casserole dish.
Cover and bake 1 hour, until carrots are tender.
