    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb cooked lasagna noodles
    • 2 cans tomato sauce
    • 1 can tomato paste
    • 1 chopped onion
    • 1 chopped bell pepper
    • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 2 tbsp italian seasoning
    • 2 cloves garlic chopped
    • 2 lbs ground meat
    • 1 lb ricotta cheese
    • 2 lbs italian shredded cheese(mozzarella &parmesan)
    • 2 eggs, beaten


    Instructions


    1. cook lasagna noodles according to directions on package
    2. saute ground meat, garlic, onion, bell pepper, green onions, salt and seasonings together in a large skillet until beef is done.
    3. add tomato sauce and paste to the beef mixture. mix well. simmer on low heat about 20 minutes
    4. in seperate bowl combine eggs and ricotta cheese.

    5. grease a 9 x 12 or larger baking pan. place the first layer of noodles in pan so that the ends hang over the sides of pan. then alternately layer the sauce mixture, ricotta cheese, and cheese blend over the noodles. start your next layer oof with the noodles again. repeat until the pan is almost full then fold over the ends from the first layerand top with more sauce. sprinkle with parmesan cheese and bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or until cheese is bubbly
