    Chocolate Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
    • 1 cup light or dark corn syrup
    • 1 pkg (4 oz) or 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
    • 1/3 cup sugar
    • 2 tbsp butter
    • 1 tsp banilla
    • 1 1/2 cup pecan halves
    • 1 unbaked (9 inch) pastry shell


    Instructions


    1. In large bowl stiff in eggs, corn syrup, chocolate, sugar, butter and vanilla until well blended.
    2. Stir in pecans.
    3. Pour into pastry shell.
    4. Cook at 350 degrees 50-60 minutes.
    5. Bake until knife inserted between center and edge comes out clean.
