I made this for today's Superbowl. It turned out great, and everyone devoured it- even though it was mix from a box! The cake was very cute though!
List of Ingredients
One box chocolate cake mix
One jar chocolate frosting
White frosting
Shredded coconut, optional
Green food coloring, optional
Recipe
Bake chocolate cake mix according to package directions. Use two circle pans.
After cooling, frost the top of one cake, then stack the other on top of it.
Slice a wide strip right out of the middle, and move the two remaining pieces together.
Frost whole cake with chocolate frosting. Frost the leather grip lines with white frosting. Dye shredded coconut green and surround cake to make it look like grass about the bottom of the plate.
