    32 oz frozen hash browns (ff)
    1 onion diced
    12 eggs
    1 c. skim milk
    1 lb ham cubed - (lean)
    1 1/2 c. lf shredded cheese (use ff or soy)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper

    Recipe



    Divide potatoes, veggies and cheese so you can create several layers of each in the crock pot. Start with the ham, onions and cheese. Repeat until you have several layers. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and pour over layers in the crockpot, cover and turn on low. Cook for 10-12 hours overnight.
