    List of Ingredients




    Batter:
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 egg
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp table salt
    1/3 cup 1% low-fat milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen

    Topping:
    1/4 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/3 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x9inch baking pan.

    For the batter: In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar and egg until light and fluffy. Combine the dry ingredients together and stir by hand into the creamed mixture alternately with the milk and vanilla. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and top with the blueberries.

    For the topping: Combine the topping ingredients using a pastry blender, two knives or your fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the blueberries.

    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until tested done when wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool slightly before serving.
