20 oz. can crushed pineapple in pineapple juice
4 apples (can sub or combine with pears / peaches / other)- cut into small cubes
1/2 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
cinnamon to taste
splenda to taste (1 - 4 packets)
2 pkgs Knox plain gelatin

Recipe



Boil water, add all ingredients except the Knox. Cook until fruit is soft. Turn off heat and add Knox gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Pour into 9" empty pie tin (no crust) and refrigerate until set. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Top with 0 points worth of ff cool whip if desired.
