3 Whole Eggs
2 Egg Whites
2/3 C Splenda Granular
2 t. Vanilla
2 C Fat Free Milk
1 C Fat Free Evaporated Milk

Preheat oven to 325. Wisk together eggs, splenda, vanilla. Combine milks in a saucepan over med heat and bring to low slimmer stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Wisk milk 1/4 cup at a time into egg mixture to prevent curdling until all milk is combined with egg mixture. Pour through a stainer into a bowl or measuring cup with a pour spout. Place 6 individual custard dishes into a large glass pan. Fill the pan with water to half way up the side of the custard dishes. Pour the custard into the cups, sprinkle with nutmeg and bake at 325 for 80 minutes. Allow to cool at room temp and then refridgerate.This tastes a bit more like flan than creme brulee but it is so satisfying! You can make variations by using coconut extract, lemon, orange, etc.
