    1/2 c FF ricotta cheese
    1/2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (1 teaspoon is 0 Points or you could use 1/2 t of FF/SF hot cocoa mix that's CORE)
    1/4 tsp vanilla extract
    1 packet sugar substitute
    Dash espresso powder

    Recipe



    1. Mix ricotta, cocoa, vanilla extract, and sugar substitute in dessert bowl. Serve chilled with dusting of espresso powder.
