    1 pkg Pillsbury Country Biscuit(s)
    2 large peachs or 3 medium
    1/8 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 tsp sugar substitute or more if desired
    1/3 cup Kraft Jet-Puffed Mini Marshmallows (40 marshmallows)

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray, only 10 of the cups (fill the other 2 half full with water before baking).

    Peel and chop peaches; place in a microwave dish and add cinnamon and sugar substitute. Microwave for 2 - 3 minutes or until peaches are soft.

    Flatten each biscuit with your hands. Should be fairly thin. Put into muffin tins so that they come all the way up to the rim. Fill muffin cups with the peaches, dividing them equally between the cups. Add mini marshmallows equally to the top of the peaches (approx. 3 - 4 mini marshmallows).

    Bake for 10 minutes or until the biscuits are lightly browned. Do not overcook!
