    1 cup fat-free plain yogurt
    1 cup ff sour cream
    1 small box pistachio sugar-free/fat-free instant pudding mix (the size that makes four servings)
    1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
    1 8-oz. can crushed pineapple in its own juice (not in syrup), drained

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and chill.
