    Spicy Grilled Shrimp w/sauce - Core

    INGREDIENTS:
    1 large clove garlic
    1 tablespoon coarse salt (I used sea salt)
    1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1 teaspoon paprika
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    2 teaspoons lemon juice
    2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined

    DIRECTIONS:
    Preheat grill for medium heat.
    In a small bowl, crush the garlic with the salt. Mix in cayenne pepper and paprika, and then stir in olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste. In a large bowl, toss shrimp with garlic paste until evenly coated.

    Lightly oil grill grate. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until opaque. Transfer to a serving dish.

    Grilled Vegetables with Dill Sauce
    grape tomatoes
    pearl onions, peeled
    mushrooms
    sliced zucchini
    EVOO
    tarragon, oregano, dill, salt and pepper

    Spread EVOO on foil, arrange vegetables. Sprinkle on spices. top with foil and seal edges. Grill til tender.

    Dipping Sauce:
    1 garlic clove
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 c. FF sour cream
    garlic powder (to taste)
    3/4 tsp dill
    1/2 packet sugar substitute(optional)

    mash garlic with salt and mix in remaining ingredients. let sit for flavors to blend.
