List of Ingredients




4 (4oz) cube steak (cube steak is 1 point per ounce so you can adjust this to suit your needs )
1 egg white, slightly beaten
1 pkg. Oven Fry coating for pork 1 pkg. Pioneer Brand No-Fat White Gravy Mix (found where the packaged taco seasonings are in grocery store)
Non stick spray

Recipe



Weigh and make adjustments to portion size of cube steak to equal 4 ounces each. Dip cube steaks in the slightly beaten egg white and then in the Oven Fry coating. Place coated steaks on sprayed baking stone ( or cookie sheet ) and bake at temp on Oven fry box for 20-25 minutes. While baking prepare Pioneer No-Fat white gravy mix according to package instructions. Gravy is 1 point per 1/4 cup. Measure gravy and pour over steak and enjoy.
