List of Ingredients
10 ounces extra lean ground turkey breast
1 medium onion, diced
2 medium zucchini, diced
2 medium yellow squash, diced
4 celery stalks, diced
2 green peppers, diced
2 - 28 ounce cans of diced or crushed tomatoes
1 - 15 ounce can of fat free, reduced sodium beef or
chicken broth
1 - 1 1/4 ounce pkg dry chili seasoning Recipe
1. spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray
and set over med. high heat
2. add turkey and onion. saute until browned
3. transfer the browned turkey and onion mixture to
large soup pot and add the zucchini, squash, celery,
peppers, tomatoes, broth and chili seasoning
4. bring to simmer over medium heat and simmer until
the vegetables are tender (approx. 30 min)
