    1 pound chicken livers
    4 tsp canola oil
    1 cup onion(s)
    1/2 tsp kosher salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp curry powder
    1/2 tsp Garam masala
    1/4 can canned condensed chicken broth

    Recipe



    Cook chicken livers and onions in canola oil. Cook until completely cooked and on the dry side. Add spices. Place in food processer. Adjust salt and pepper, add chicken broth as necessary to obtain speadable consistency.

    Makes about 10 1.5 oz. servings.

    I added the Garam Masala, but the original recipe only had the curry. This is a very low fat way to make a pate.
