    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups shredded chicken
    • 2 15 oz cans green enchilada sauce
    • 12 oz bag of shredded mexican cheese
    • one bunch of green onions
    • 12 corn tortillas


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 and spray an 8" x 8" pan with Pam. Reserve 1/4 cup of enchilada sauce and a handful of cheese for the top.
    2. Tear tortillas into pieces. Combine, chicken, sauce, onions and cheese in a bowl.
    3. Layer as follows: tortillas, sauce mixture, tortillas, sauce mixture, tortillas.
    4. Cover top with reserved sauce and cheese. Place in oven and bake until hot and bubbly.
