    Parmesan Chicken

    Recipe Introduction


    Another great recipe from Taste of Home magazine.


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
    • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 6 to 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves


    Instructions


    1. In a pie plate or shallow bowl, combine butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt.

    2. In a plastic bag, combine crumbs and Parmesan cheese, Dip chicken in butter mixture, then shake in crumb mixture.

    3. Place in an ungreased 13-inch x 9-inch x 2-inch baking pan.

    4. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
