    List of Ingredients




    4 pounds flour
    3 3/4 ounces baking powder
    2 teaspoons salt
    13 ounces sugar
    1 pound cold, unsalted butter
    12 ounces cold, unsalted butter
    7 eggs
    18 ounces milk

    Recipe



    Combine all dry ingredients.

    Beat eggs and milk. Add dry ingredients slowly. Mix well.
    Roll out and cut out 3 inch circles and space 2 inches apart on greased baking pan.

    Bake 400 degrees about 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly brown

    Brush tops with melted butter then sprinkle with sugar. Could add cinnamon to sugar if desired.

    Top with strawberries and cool whip or eat just like a cookie.
