    • 2 - 3 CLOVES OF GARLIC
    • SOUR CREAM
    • CREAM CHEESE
    • BUTTER
    • SHREDDED CHEESE (COLBY JACK)
    • POTATOES


    Instructions


    1. BOIL POTATOES AND GARLIC, MAKE MASHED POTATOES AS USUAL.
    2. ADD 4 OZ SOUR CREAM AND 4 OZ CREAM CHESSE TO POTATOES AND MIX WELL.
    3. gREASE CASSEROLE DISH, SPREAD HALF THE POTATO MIXTURE IN BOTTOM OF DISH. SPRINKLE APPROXIMATELY 1 CUP SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP OF THAT. TOP WITH REMAINING POTATOE MIXTURE. PUT ANOTHER CUP OF SHREDDED CHEESE ON TOP.
    4. COVER AND BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 - - MINUTES. THIS DISH CAN BE PREPARED A DAY AHEAD OF TIME AND BAKED JUST BEFORE SERVING.
