    List of Ingredients




    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. Splenda
    2/3 c. FF plain yogurt
    1/3 c. FF sour cream
    1 egg

    Recipe



    1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

    2. Mix liquid ingredients in a small bowl.

    3. Gently fold the wet into the dry. Pour into a round cake pan, sprayed with Pam. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are a golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into 6 wedges.

    ***You can also make 6 muffins instead of baking in a cake pan.

    Makes 6 servings (2PTS per serving)
