    List of Ingredients




    24 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts
    24 wooden skewers
    2 tablespoons margarine, imitation
    2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce; use 1-3 Tablespoons
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1 Tablespoon paprika

    Recipe



    Pound chicken breasts thin, cut each breast evenly so that you have 24 equal strips. Thread chicken on skewers. Wrap exposed end of skewers with foil. Arrange in marinading pan. Melt margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Stir in paprika, tabasco and garlic. Brush over chicken. Let stand 30 minutes. Turning several times. Broil 5 minutes turning once. Serve with a low fat Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing. Add points for the dressing of choice.
