    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    2 tbsp. red curry paste (in the Asian foods
    section)
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1 tsp. cumin
    20 Chicken Wings

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°F.
    In a small bowl, stir together soy sauce, honey, red curry paste, ginger and cumin. Rinse chicken wings, pat dry and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, remove from oven and brush with half of the sauce. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes. Baste with remaining sauce and bake for 5 minutes more.


    Nutrition Per Serving: (one wing): 70 calories, 4 g protein, 3.5 g total fat (1 g sat.), 4 g carbohydrate, 0 g fiber, 3 g sugar, 20 mg cholesterol, 220 mg sodium
