    List of Ingredients




    - Butter Flavor Cooking Spray (0 pts)
    - ~1/2 cup Diced Onion (0 pts)
    - 1 can Sliced New Potatoes (3 pts)
    - 5 slices Hillshire Farms Honey Ham, diced (1 pt)
    - A light squirt of ketchup (~1 tbsp) (0 pts)
    - 1/2 cup Egg Beaters (1 pt)
    - ~1/3 cup fresh Diced Tomatoes (0pts)
    (Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste.)

    Recipe



    On medium-high heat, cook the onions in a skillet coated with butter flavored cooking spray. Add potatoes and cook until slightly browned. Add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Add diced ham. Mix thouroughly. Add a squirt of ketchup and mix. Let cook for a few minutes.

    Push potato mixture to the side of the skillet. Pour egg beaters into the empty area and scramble. Once the eggs are almost fully cooked, add the diced tomatoes to the egg mixture. Let cook a little bit longer and then mix everything together. Let cook a little and then serve into 2 bowls.
