½ lb. extra lean ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 bag (28 oz) frozen O’Brien hash browns (with onions and peppers)
1-1/2 c. salsa
Pepper to taste
Recipe
** Brown beef and onion in large skillet.
** Stir in potatoes and cook over medium-high heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
** Stir in salsa and pepper and continue to cook 10 minutes longer or until potatoes are soft.
