    List of Ingredients




    16 oz uncooked boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp celery seed
    1/8 tsp Ground Black pepper
    1/2 cup fat-free blue cheese dressing
    1/4 cup Trappey's Red Devil Buffalo-Style Cayenne Pepper Sauce
    2 second spray PAM Cooking Spray
    1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

    Recipe



    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

    2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Place over medium heat until hot. Add chicken; cook 4 minutes on each side or until browned. Place chicken in an 11 x 17 baking dish coated with cooking spray

    3. Combine hot sauce, vinegar, olive oil, celery seeds and pepper; pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve with blue cheese dressing

    Yields 4 servings (serving size 1 breast half and 2 tablespoons dressing)
