List of Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 20oz can Pineapple chunks
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion
1 lg bell pepper
Recipe
Brown chicken, onion, & pepper on stovetop.
Mix pineapple, soy sauce and brown sugar in large mixing bowl.
Mix water & cornstarch and stir until cornstarch is dissolved.
Add to pineapple mixture.
Pour mixture over chicken and cook on 350 for 1 hr.
**NOTES:
I had it over rice. (add pts for rice)
