    List of Ingredients




    3 scallions, thinly sliced
    1 T. minced fresh ginger
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1/2 pound ground lean beef (5% or less)
    1 t. five-spice powder
    1 (10-oz)fox frozen mixed veggies preferably an Asian mix, thawed
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    1 T reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 t. hoisin or oyster sauce
    2 t. bottled Asian red chile sauce

    Recipe



    Stir-fry scallions, gingr, and garlic in a sprayed, large, non-stick skillet about one minute. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart until browned, about 3 minutes.

    Add the five-spice powder and cook until fragrent, 20 seconds. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry 2 minutes.

    Add the brown rice and stir-fry 2 minutes. Stgir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chile sauce. Stir-fry until heated through, about one minute.
