    Source of Recipe

    WW

    Recipe Introduction

SERVINGS PER POT: 8 WW POINTS PER SERVING: 3pts

    List of Ingredients

    2 cup Campbell's 98% Fat-Free Cream Of Chicken Soup
    1/2 cup Hormel Bacon Bits
    2 cup fat-free skim milk
    2 cup yellow corn
    1 cup onion(s)
3 cup water (enough to fill pot) (or chicken broth)
2 cup whole uncooked white potato
    4 tsp olive oil
    1tbs garlic
    salt
    pepper
any spices you like...basil, oregano, parsley, a little bit is yummy, too much over powers.

    Recipe

I sautee the onions in the olive oil. Throw in the corn and bacon for a second. Then add the soup and milk. Add the potatoes, chopped small. Then enough water to fill the pot. Cook until potatoes are soft.

The potatoes will thicken it up a bit. Its kinda like a stew more than a chowder or soup. If you want it thinner, just add more water.

I made it this week with cream of mushroom and it was FANTASTIC!
