CREAMY FRENCH CAULIFLOWER SOUP

List of Ingredients
1 tbsp. butter
3 shallots
1 head cauliflower
3-4 c. water
4 cubes veggie bouillon
3 c. skim milk
1/2 c. flour
Recipe
Saute finely chopped shallots in the butter.
Add the the cauliflower, bouillon, and enough water to cover.
Cook until the cauliflower is tender.
Add 2 cups of the milk and heat.
Mix 1 c. milk with flour to get out lumps and stir into soup.
Mix until it starts to bubble and gets thick.
