    Corn on the Cob in Garlic Butter Crust

    2 ears shucked corn
    1/2 pound butter
    4 cloves garlic-minced
    1 1/2 cup freshly grated bread crumbs
    Fresh parsley, salt & pepper to taste
    1 resealable plastic bag

    Recipe



    Make this corn at home before you leave.

    Shuck corn. Melt butter in a flame proof dish
    and add minced garlic. In a seperate shallow dish
    combine breadcrumbs and seasonings.

    When the butter is melted roll the corn in butter.
    Then roll corn in breadcrumbs mixture. Place in a sealed plastic container. Save the garlic/butter sauce in a
    seperate container.

    When cooking at the campsite, BBQ for the corn 8-10 min.
    or until bread crumb crust is golden brown. Melt the
    remaining garlic/butter mixture and drizzle onto
    corn cobs.

    Serves 2.
